Sensory processing disorder challenges can make this hard for kids to interpret the environment around them. Often, sensory input like sounds, touch, smells, sights, and tastes can be too much for people experiencing SPD. This can lead to different responses, such as difficulty focusing, seeking out particular sensory input, or struggling with with
